ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: Abstracts must be submitted online only

LANGUAGE : All abstracts must be submitted in English language only (Arial, font 12).

WORD LIMIT : The abstract should be a maximum of 300 words including the following

TITLE : The title of the abstract must be concise, avoid using abbreviations and type in Title Case

ABSTRACT CONTENT AND AUTHORS: The abstract should succinctly describe the background and experiments performed and should be 1-3 paragraphs long with no subheadings, the word limit should be adhered to. Do not include graphs/tables/images/references in the abstract. Above the abstract should be a list of authors including the presenting author in bold. The affiliations of each author should be indicated. This can be added above the abstract and will not be included in the word count

FORMAT : All abstracts must be sent in text file ( .doc)and not in pdf formats through the online link.

Please provide an accurate email address of the submitter so that the information regarding the results of abstract submission and correspondence related to the abstract can be sent on the same.

The selection committee strongly recommends that the authors submit their abstracts as early as possible to avoid last minute rush and system congestion. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

RIGHTS TO PUBLISH : In submitting the abstracts the authors also grant the organising committee, the right to publish the abstract in electronic form.

Acceptance of the abstracts : The submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by the scientific committee. The review process is confidential, and the committee's decision is final.
